Hey Green Labs fam,
Â
Have you seen the agenda for the upcoming I2SL conference? Â
Â
I’m curious how others decide which sessions to attend? I always feel so torn between learning about broader (non-green labs) topics which I’m less familiar with vs. diving deeper into topics I’m already familiar with while simultaneously supporting green labs friends/colleagues.  It’s honestly always a big conundrum for me on how best to chart my schedule.  How do others approach this and manage their FOMO?
Â
Thanks,
Star

On June 28, 2024, the supreme court overturned the landmark Chevron Ruling from 1984 that has instructed lower courts to defer to federal agencies (e.g. OSHA, FDA, DOT, EPA etc.) when laws passed by Congress are not crystal clear. Â

This will have a significant impact on the EHS industry. Adele Abrams a nationally known and respected safety professional and attorney will give her initial views and opinions.

Greetings All,
Have any institutions successfully implemented a campus-wide ULT program for replacing all campus ULTs with high efficiency ULTs?
I'm currently researching two options:
• Partnering with a vendor to replace older campus ULTs over a period of time, by directly purchasing the ULTs. For example, replacing 200 units annually over a period of 5 years.
• Partnering with a vendor in a campus-wide lease agreement where the vendor would retain ownership of the units, provide back up units as needed, and replace units as they age.
Does anyone know of any institutions who have successfully implemented either option?
Thank you,
Star

Hey Green Labs and I2SL fam,
I hope everyone is doing great! I just wanted to reach out and see who is coming to Education Week? There will be lots of great presentations, including Green Labs presentations too. Check out the schedule here: https://www.i2sl.org/education-week-schedule and I've also put the info about the session I'm presenting in below, along with awesome colleagues Nick Ciancio (UA-B) and Lindsey Yazbek (UT-A) Registration is super affordable and is a great option for engagement and learning without the cost of travel! Who all is coming? Looking forward to seeing you there! ROLLLLLL CALLLLL!
